Launched in 1957, the Sputnik ignited an international obsession with all things cosmic; from breakfast cereal to space-age homes, everyone looking to the stars with boundless optimism.

This wonderful jewel is a fascinating fusion of space-age inspiration and mid-century design. It's wonderful to wear on its own on a long chain or as an addition to your beloved charm collection. We adore orb pendants and this Sputnik version is unusual and collectable. 

Measurements: The pendant's length is 1.2" including the bale and .9" in diameter.  It weigh 7.6 grams.
