BAL Level Plus is a unique 1-part or 2-part rapid-setting smoothing and levelling compound. Mix with water for use in standard installations, or mix with BAL Level Plus Liquid latex as a high-performance 2-part, moisture tolerant floor leveller for superior enhanced performance. Use from 2-12mm as a 1-part over concrete, sand:cement screed, anhydrite and old tile adhesive residue, use from 2-10mm as a 2-part with latex over bitumen, flooring grade asphalt, underfloor heating, direct onto glazed tiles, existing vinyl (not LVT) and under DPMs.

Choose the performance you need, whatever the floor substrate you need to level with BAL Level Plus. For a super smooth finish over most common substrates – just add water! For more problematic substrates, just add BAL Level Plus Liquid! Whether you mix with water, or latex, you get a long pot life of 25 minutes, and once poured, you can be tiling in 2-3 hours for fast track tiling. Need to go deeper? Build up to 30mm bed depths with aggregate!

– Under a Damp Proof Membrane (DPM)
