Simplicity 4160, c. 1960s, Young Men and Men's Shirt, Vest and Reversible Vest: Shirt has yoke, patch pocket, and optional loop and button at front neck. Sleeves may be long or short. Vest has welt pockets. When reversible vest is worn with facing side outside it will fasten right over left.
