How it works: Highly smudge proof and long-lasting (more than 4 hours) makes The Superwear Gel Eyeliner Pencil “no touch-up required.” Soothing Chamomile and Vitamins C are gentle and moisturizing for the delicate eye area. Safflower Seed Oil and Soybean Oil make this pencil soft, creamy and allow for a vibrant color pay-off. Adheres smoothly to skin surface. Super moisturizing and hydrating ingredients, including vitamin E and Jojoba Oil, gives the pencil a very soft and smooth application.
