REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
We fully guarantee and stand by our handmade shoes for their quality and durability.
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we'll gladly refund it (minus original shipping cost), as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. The item must be in its original, unworn condition in order to be refunded. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If there is a problem with your shoes (e.g. wrong size), I will gladly exchange them as long as you contact me within 7 days after you have received the item. The shoes must be in their original brand new condition.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for both shipping costs.
We accept cancellations only within 24 hours of placing the order.
