This one-section refrigerator features a solid door design for maximum insulation and energy efficiency. The self-closing door includes a positive seal with a magnetic gasket to retain cold air, along with a door lock and field-reversible hinges for added security and flexibility.

Inside, the cabinet accommodates full-size sheet pans and includes gastronorm slides with three heavy-duty wire shelves. The shelves are adjustable in 1/2" increments, allowing flexible organization for a wide variety of refrigerated products.

The unit maintains temperatures between 33°F and 38°F using a high-performance, self-contained refrigeration system powered by eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. An automatic defrost system, which is time-initiated and temperature-terminated, improves efficiency while reducing maintenance requirements.

A bottom-mounted 1/2 hp compressor operates in a cooler, less greasy area of the kitchen, improving performance and simplifying servicing. This design also raises the bottom shelf for easier access and provides convenient access to the self-cleaning condenser system.
