During my visit to Scotland I got to meet new kinds of corvids! I loved watching the Rooks and Jackdaws doot around the front yard ( each step in my mind going “ doot doot doot”) waddling through the grass for things to eat. I envied their life! One Rook stuck out to me and I named them Doot, looking for them on their daily doot around the yard. I also really loved the shape of the Jackdaw’s face with the round, pale eye shining out of the silhouette of black feathers. I sculpted this version of my friend Doot who is a bit of a combo of the two shapes! I wanted to capture a simplified caricature with an ultra smooth surface so the iridescent /color change can really show through.

These 2.5" figures are solid cast in translucent urethane with glow in the dark pigment swirled in. This version has a beautiful holographic sparkled effect, a rainbow will dance over the surface as you move your Doot in the light!

The eyes are reflective gold with transparent gloss epoxy overlay. Their smoothness and size makes them a pretty good fidget item, rub their head for good luck!

Each Doot will come with a bandanna or neck wrap. The color/pattern will be a surprise!
