A winter boot that feels as good as a runner? That would be Ara's St. Moritz Gore-Tex® boot. The soft nylon and suede uppers are treated, and combined with the aforementioned Gore-Tex® membrane, will keep you dry all winter long. An inside zipper helps get them on and off, while laces help customize the fit to your foot. The supple and cozy lining is there to keep you warm. The PU outsole is lugged to improve traction, and inside Ara uses their HighSoft construction, the same construction they use on a lot of their uber-comfortable walking shoes. It consists of a plush, removable footbed for cushion and a hidden foam insert under the ball of the foot to provide even more support. Built on Ara's H last, these are a tad roomier than average.
