It is completely leather lined which provides breathability and reduces irritation, and the thick cork insole provides very good support and cushion. The insole is also removable and replaceable, meaning either you can replace them with your orthotics or you can replace the original cork insoles when you feel they need it. All this adds up to one really versatile sandal.
