A nice Hardy Hollokona fly rod, "The Hollowlight" in 8' 3-piece, 2-tip construction and built for a #5 line. Medium slow action. Well done varnish overcoat with yellow wraps, black edges, and gold intermediates. Keeper 1 flat left. Chrome guides and tip-tops. 3 up node pattern construction. Lettered "the Hollolight, #5" "Hollokona", and "Reg'd trademark" on the shaft. 5" cigar grip which may have been sanded. Cork seat with gold anodized aluminum ring with H38677 stamped. Pocket cap is gold anodized and stamped "Hardy's Reg'd universal reel holder". Gold anodized bottom cap with various Hardy stamps. Ferrule plugs included and fits snugly. No tube but this rod comes in a neat green twill heavy bag sporting a V-shaped snap flap with a zipper to close the bag. On the opposite side is the Hardy embroidered owners label.
