“It’s the Water” Collection is a nod to yesteryear, when Tumwater Falls served as lunchtime backdrop to brewery workers, as they sipped a frothy mug of Olympia Beer and talked about weekend plans.

Founded in 1896, the Olympia Brewing Company has been widely recognized by an evolving set of labels and logos. In 1902 the company unveiled their new slogan “It’s the Water.” This fitting homage recognized that the brewery was not only powered by the falls, but that the central ingredient that earned this crisp lager international appeal, was artesian well water.
