• Signature Cake Design, Color, Font and Font Color CANNOT be customized.
• You can choose your own dedication on the cake up to 30 characters only.
• NO CHANGING OF CAKE DESIGN, CAKE DETAILS, RESERVATION DATE, SHIPPING DETAILS after checkout. Please make sure your cake has the correct details before checking out and paying. We will not be accepting changes once paid.
• PICK UP TIME IS STRICTLY 2-5PM only. Cakes are baked and design fresh on the day itself so early pick ups are not allowed.

Pre-Orders Only

• 6” Signature Aegyo Cakes are for pre-orders only.  
  • You have to secure a slot at least two days before the day of your pick up.
• 6”Signature Aegyo Cakes slot reservations are open year-round but we only have limited slots per day. Reserve yours early!~

How to Order

How to Order

1. Order (Reserve a slot) through our website.
2. Choose a date of pick up/ delivery
   • Add to cart as many slots as you want as long as it’s available
   • For Signature Aegyo Cake Orders, make sure to choose and input the correct details before adding to cart.
   • Make sure to read Aegyo Policies before you check out and Continue to Payment
3. Pay for your slot
   • After checkout, Pay via Gcash or Credit/Debit Card
   • Make sure you enter the CORRECT email address
   • You will receive an email - Order Confirmation after your payment. Pick up/ Booking Details are also in your order confirmation email so make sure to read through it.
   • In case you are not automatically charged for additional fees upon check out, we will email you updated invoice. Please pay within 24 hrs. Non-payment of the additional fees will forfeit your design of choice and receive a white cake.

FAQs

Can I customize my Signature Aegyo Cake?

• No, you cannot change the design and color/ color combination. You can only choose from the color options available
• But you can choose to have your own dedication with max 30 characters.

Can we cancel/ refund/ change date of pick up/change design of the cake?

• Please be reminded that we have a NO CANCELLATION, NO REFUND POLICY. Once payment is made, we can no longer refund your reservation fee.  
• CHANGING OF PICK UP DATES is not allowed.
• NO CHANGING OF CAKE DESIGN, CAKE DETAILS, RESERVATION DATE, SHIPPING DETAILS after checkout. 

What time can I pick up my cake?

• Pick-up time of cakes are ONLY from 2:00pm-5:00pm on the day of the reservation. Pick-up of cake before 2:00pm is NOT ALLOWED. If you have time constraints, we recommend that you book and pick up the cake on an earlier date .

Can I pick up my cake on a later date? What if I forget to pick up my cake?

• Failure to pick up or receive the cake on the scheduled date will incur a storage fee of P100 per day, for a maximum of seven (7) days.

I have multiple cake order for one day. I want all cakes delivered by your partner courier to ONE destination. Do I have to pay delivery fee per cake?

• No. You do not have to pay delivery per cake.Just pay for the delivery for one cake and the rest can be the Client Pick up/ Book your own option.
  

Can I pick up my cake on an earlier date?

• You cannot pick up your cake on an earlier date.
