Superstar Components titanium jockey wheels are CNC works of art and are available in fitments for most rear mechs from all manufacturers. They are manufactured from high-strength Aerospace Grade 5 6Al4V Titanium alloy for extra durability and trick looks. The tooth profile design of the wheels keeps your chain safely where it belongs, and also provides a crisp shifting behaviour. We know our customers ride in extreme conditions so we fit double sealed bearings which are replaceable in-case they wear. These are further hidden by a double labyrinth seal for extra durability.

In order to ensure the smoothest possible running over a longest period, we install standard size sealed deep groove ceramic hybrid bearings for extra performance. We do not fit stainless steel bearings as they are softer than bearing steel and will fail much sooner than a bearing steel will rust. (if there is visable rust the bearing is contaminated and will die no matter what the material is!)
