كيف تستعمل

املئي حمام باديكير بالماء الدافئ. أضيفي القليل من الملاعق إلى الماء ثم قلبي لمدة 2-3 دقائق حتى تتكون حبيبات وانقع القدمين لمدة 5-10 دقائق. يذوب ، يضاف الماء وملاعق قليلة من ملح جلوبال ستار هيمالايا الطبيعي.
