Well, a sweet spot trainer is a racket itself with the only difference being the racket head is very small as compared to a normal racket. The idea is that you will focus on hitting the shuttlecock effectively as the head is so small. 

You can use this racket for a couple of your practice sessions to practice a particular shot and then switch back to your normal racket
