Just another in a long line of awesome Art shoes, the Brighton #1534 is a fun sneaker that does not sacrifice comfort for a bit of height. Think Converse, but better made and more comfortable. Wonderfully colourful nylon uppers are super soft and wrap the foot like a hug, while the laces help customize the fit. The chunky rubber wedge sole adds some height (just shy of 2"), but that is mostly offset by the ~1.25" platform under the toes. All that means is you get some extra height without feeling like you are going to fall over.
