RTS has remanufactured these hard to get U bolts that are unique in shape and first designed by Ford to enable them to mount a traction / tramp bar system for the XA /XB GT and RPO falcons, which carried through right up to XD police interceptors ( but only on drivers side ). This entailed fitting a bracket over the top of the 9 inch diff housing which in turn needed specially designed U bolts that kick out to allow clearance to go over the now larger diameter. While this is a primarily an OEM replacement bolt for factory fitted tramp rod systems, they are also a perfect choice for when using aftermarket 3 inch diff housing tubes combined with stock unmodified shocker plates.
