Karenna is a fantastic Naot sandal that we have carried for over a decade. It features leather (and leather lined) uppers, a cork insole which provides lots of support and cushion, and a solid walking outsole. Two adjustable straps (over the toes and the in-step) help get you a customised fit. The cork insole is also removable and replaceable, meaning either you can replace them with your own orthotics, or replace the original cork insole itself when you feel it needs it.
