Inositol is a component of the B-complex family. Myo-inositol is the most common form of inositol in the body and plays an important role in cell membrane formation as well as promoting positive mood and emotional wellness. D-chiro inositol is another form of inositol in the body that assists with healthy insulin signaling and the balancing of hormones like androgens and luteinizing hormone/follicle stimulating hormone (LH/FSH). In our Inositol Complex, we've developed the optimal ratio of myo-inositiol to D-chiro inositol to encourage healthy ovarian and reproductive function, glucose homeostasis, insulin function and emotional wellness.‡

Ingredients:
Each serving size (1 capsule) contains: Inositol (as myo-inositol) 550 mg, D-Chiro inositol 150 mg.

Other ingredients: vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water).

How To Use:
