D44 cross over (passenger's side), 1" tall.  This steering arm is 1" thick, and has 4 holes for HD knuckles.  The 4th hole is designed to be used with knuckles that have the 4th hole.  If your knuckle has 3 holes, get the steering arm with 3 holes (search PM008R).  There's no reason to have a HOLE in your steering arm unless there's a stud to go in there!  Works great in cross over applications on Jeeps.  If you've got a GM/Chevy, the PM1011R is your best bet for a little extra height and length.
