Castelo is another excellent everyday sandal made by Naot. It features two adjustable straps (over the in-step and over the toes) to help customize the fit. A diagonal strap across the mid-foot as well as a big buckle (which is actually Velcro) on the in-step strap add some style points. A thick cork footbed provides a lot of support without sacrificing cushion. That footbed is also removable, meaning you can either replace the original cork footbeds down the road, or swap them out right away for your own insoles.
