An excellent Thomas and Thomas Sans Pareil fly rod, 7'6", 2-piece, 2-tips, built for a #6 line. Serial #2922. Medium to medium fast action flexing all the way down to the swell. It is in used but very good condition. Light brown-toned oven temper (the nodes are darker) cane in three up node pattern construction. This rod is impregnated. Set up with a carbide stripper and black snake guides. Tan guide wraps with black edges, dark brown at the ferrules. The ferrules are swiss style with a collar on the males and retain 95% of the original oxidation. The keeper is on the wrap flat as well as the lettering "7'6" #6 Sans Pareil no 2922".  6" 12 cork grip in a medium to large cigar shape. All aluminum down lock screw lock and a mortised, varnished walnut spacer. The bottom is an aluminum cap with the T&T roller die "Thomas & Thomas, Makers" in the cartouche. A small 1/2 cork (1/4") knob cushions the bottom of the rod with the six sides of the bamboo exposed and coated with varnish or epoxy. Khaki colored bag with a stiffener.  Polished aluminum tube and brass collar and top with a small ventilation hole in the brass top and the side of the tube just below the collar.
