Wyatt 01 by Josef Seibel is a great mix of value and style, and has become one of our customers' favourites because of that. It combines genuine leather uppers, a leather footbed, and a comfortable cork/latex footbed, all for $125. The strap over the in-step is adjustable to help get a customized fit, and the footbed will mould to your foot a bit over time. A ~1.5" wedge gives you some height without sacrificing comfort. It is also nice and lightweight, making it a great travel shoe that you can dress up a bit.
