A vintage ruby and diamond cluster ring. Set to centre an immaculate claw-set oval-cut ruby of 1.10 carats, with an even dispersion of pink and red tones. The ruby is encircled by a cluster of eight diamonds that are secured in claw settings. Tri-split shoulders, a pierced gallery and open back-holing complete this ring. It tests at 18ct yellow gold and platinum, circa 1950.
