The new Cloud 6 takes the same slip-on convenience that you love from the original Cloud and subsequent Cloud 5, and somehow improves it. This wide version of the Cloud 6 provides extra room both over the top and around the sides of your feet versus the standard Cloud 6 (which are already slightly wider than average shoes). A slightly denser midsole and the CloudTec and Zero-Gravity foam underfoot create a very comfortable walking experience. The channel running down the middle of the outsole has been shrunk and widened slightly to reduce the risk of picking up debris. The mouth is a little wider than the 5, and combined with a new sockliner, makes it a little easier to get on. Of course it would not be a Cloud without the celebrated elastic speed-lacing system (which can be re-knotted for a snugger fit); just step in and go. Should you prefer a slightly more custom fit, they provide a traditional set of laces in the box.
