An 8" deep, full-length removable cutting board provides a spacious and sanitary work surface for slicing and assembling orders. Beneath the prep area, the refrigerated cabinet offers additional storage for backup ingredients. Four heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves are included and adjustable in 1/2" increments to help organize supplies efficiently.
