Equipped with twelve (12) 1/6-size, 6” deep poly pans and locking divider bars, this unit provides ample cold storage and organized ingredient access. A full-length 9-1/4” poly cutting board enhances prep convenience.

Constructed with durable stainless steel on both the exterior and interior, this self-contained refrigeration system is powered by an energy-efficient rear-mounted Embraco compressor using environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant. The advanced Dixell digital temperature controller maintains a consistent temperature range of 33°F to 40°F for optimal food safety. Additional features include a removable stainless steel pan liner, magnetic door gasket, self-closing door with stay-open feature, recessed door handle, and pre-installed casters for easy mobility.
