For sale here is a F.E. Thomas "The Bangor Rod" -- 9 feet with three sections and two tips. The rod is in near mint original condition void of any repairs nor are any needed. All sections are full length with slight sets in the tips that can be straightened. This rod casts a DT5 with finesse!

The rod features moderately tempered cane with translucent light red wraps. Reverse English-style guides. Handsome largely swelled butt. The cigar grip measures 5 7/8" with light soiling. Down-locking all nickel silver reel seat, stamped "The Bangor Rod". There are also several numbers stamped on the slide ring as well as the pocketed cap. The ferrules are size 18/64 and 11/64 with a great fit. Indented witness marks. The rod weighs 6.40 oz. The action is medium-fast dry fly action. Original bag and tube included.
