This unit maintains precise temperatures between 33°F and 38°F using a high-capacity refrigeration system with eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant. Electronically commutated (EC) fan motors provide consistent airflow while reducing energy consumption and heat output, improving overall efficiency.

Each of the two drawers accommodates a full-size 12" x 20" x 6" food pan (sold separately), offering organized and accessible refrigerated storage.
