Featuring two low-E double-pane thermal glass doors, this refrigerator allows staff to quickly identify contents without opening the doors, helping reduce energy loss. The doors are self-closing and equipped with magnetic gaskets for a tight seal, along with barrel locks and field-reversible hinges for added security and flexibility.

The spacious interior accommodates full-size sheet pans and includes gastronorm slides with six adjustable heavy-duty wire shelves. Shelves can be repositioned in 1/2" increments, offering flexible storage for a wide range of ingredients and products.

This unit maintains temperatures between 33°F and 38°F using a high-performance, self-contained refrigeration system with eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. An automatic defrost system, which is time-initiated and temperature-terminated, improves efficiency while reducing maintenance requirements.

A bottom-mounted compressor operates in a cooler, less grease-prone area of the kitchen, enhancing performance and simplifying maintenance. This design also raises the bottom shelf for easier access and allows convenient servicing of the self-cleaning condenser system.
