The Hatco GRAH-60-120-T-QS Glo-Ray® infrared foodwarmer ensures that food in your holding area is kept at safe, ready-to-serve temperatures without eliminating moisture or continuing to cook it. Designed to offer an even, consistent heat to the entire area, the heating pattern warms the food without producing any cold spots. To reduce the risk of burns and make your establishment safer, the unit has wire guards under the heating element. A toggle switch is built into the housing, which makes it easy to turn the Hatco GRAH-60-120-T-QS Glo-Ray infrared foodwarmer on and off. This housing is made of aluminum, so it is heavy duty and will not sag.

Shipping: You can either contact us to receive a shipping quote or you can arrange the shipping yourself. If you would like us to arrange the shipping be sure to include the name of your business, your email address, a good contact telephone number, whether this is going to a business or residential location and also if you will need a lift gate to unload it. If you are arranging the shipping, we are a business with a loading dock in Zip Code 62703. We generally charge $50 to wrap it in Bubble Wrap and/or Cardboard and Stretch Wrap it before Strapping it to a pallet and $80 for a over sized pallet. If you would like additional protection measures, please contact us. We ship Monday thru Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm Central Standard time. Once payment is received your item will usually ship within 1-2 business days to allow for Palletizing. Our #1 goal is Customer Satisfaction so we generally insure the shipment for the value of the item, but it is IMPORTANT you understand that we are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. Please inspect your product once you receive it for any damage before signing for it. All freight damage claims are to be dealt with through the shipping company.

Returns: We generally do not accept returns on Used Items shipped via Freight, or after they have been picked up from our facility, due to the many factors out of our control. We test everything (unless otherwise explained in the description) before it is listed and usually again before it leaves our warehouse. When dealing with used items, it is not common, but occasionally an issue will crop up during transport that is actually no one's fault. If it is something that we can easily help you with, we will, but we are not responsible for accepting a return of the item. In no case are we responsible for return shipping of the item. If you would like to pick up the item at our showroom, we will gladly test it for you before you leave with it.
