A wonderfully unusual mid century European ring, blending modernist craftsmanship with inspiration drawn from much earlier antique jewellery.
Created in 14 carat gold, the ring has a striking and highly individual design. The band is irregular and organic in form, with flowing contours that feel almost hand sculpted. Rather than following the clean geometric lines often associated with the period, the design possesses a distinctly antique character.
Set across the front are three carved intaglios representing the virtues of Faith, Hope, and Charity. These enduring symbols have appeared in jewellery for centuries, each carrying its own deeper meaning. Faith is traditionally associated with spiritual conviction, Hope with optimism and perseverance, and Charity with love and generosity.
