This is a FORGED flat pitman arm (no drop) capable of reaming from 5.25" to 6.75" center to center because it has no drag link end hole!  It's 7-1/2" from the center of the sector shaft hole to the end of the pitman arm.  It can be drilled for a straight through hole (Heim), or reamed for a drag link end.  Use the drop down menu to select from some common lengths and tapers we keep in stock.

WARNING:  There is a top and bottom of a pitman arm!!!  If you're reaming, be sure you're tapering the correct side of the pitman arm.  Requires 1/2" material to be left around the hole when you're done (around the big side if you're reaming). 

Made to fit a Saginaw 32 spline power steering box.  This unique pitman arm does NOT have the master/key way splines which allows you to adjust steering wheel center as needed (no need to file the flats because it doesn't have any). 

We do have the capability to drill and taper the hole to your specific length.  We can drill or, ream to Jeep, GM tie rod, or GM drag link tapers.  It takes 10 days and $50; call to place the order.  We do offer the four most common lengths and tapers ready to go (search "PM536").
