everX Posterior is a fiber-reinforced composite designed to be used in place of dentin, similar to traditional composites used in place of enamel, such as Essentia Universal tint.
The short fibers of everX Posterior will create an excellent base layer for reinforcing any composite restoration in large cavities.
The fibers will also prevent and stop crack propagation through the filling, which is considered the main cause of composite failure.
Short fibers prevent and stop the progression of fractures in the restoration.
Equivalent fracture resistance to dentin and nearly twice the strength of any composite will give the restoration unparalleled strength.
Minimal horizontal shrinkage as a fiber contributes to reduced shrinkage in the orientation direction.
Increases of 4 to 5 mm can be improved at the same time.
Reliable bonding to lap composite and tooth structure.
