For sale here is a Tibor Spey 11-15 fly reel. The reel is in mint condition. Serial no. TS051. Made from bar stock aluminum. The reel is right hand retrieve only. The Tibor Spey reels feature a modified sealed drag system with a drag knob outlined in "witness marks." These marks allow you to precisely set, loosen, keep track of and then reset your drag for the various tippet tensions required while striking, fighting and delicately landing larger fish. The drag remains one of the strongest in the industry. The Tibor Spey also features a quick change spool for changing the spool at a moments notice without tools or complicated parts. Simply unscrew the knob and change the spool. Finished in a non-reflective anodized moss green with Celtic designs that pay homage to the Spey style of fishing. The reel is precisely weighted and balanced for the heavier lines and rods used in this classic form of fishing. Like every Tibor product, it's made and assembled in the USA and virtually maintenance-free.
