An 8" deep, full-length removable cutting board offers a spacious and sanitary workspace for slicing and assembling orders. Beneath the prep area, the refrigerated cabinet includes four heavy-duty PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves, allowing for flexible organization of backup ingredients and supplies.

Constructed with a stainless steel front, top, and sides, along with a corrosion-resistant GalFan-coated steel back, this unit is built for long-lasting commercial durability.
