Its natural source mineral calcium is the most concentrated form of calcium available. As well as calcium, other specific nutrients such as magnesium are vital for bone metabolism. Most of the body's magnesium is found in the bones, because this mineral is so important for bones.

Calcare-D unique formula provides magnesium (200mg) plus an ideal balance of zinc (10mg) and calcium (500mg) all at RDA levels. Also include vitamin D (600 IU) which contribute to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and contributes to the maintenance of normal bone & teeth.

How to use: 2 Tablets daily with main meal. Swallow with glass of water or milk. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
